The 17 m² space is on the 2nd floor with elevator. The living area is fully equipped with a sofa bed, bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The private balcony with table and chairs is currently unavailable due to building work; balcony access is prohibited. There is a bus stop right outside (to the train station, etc.). Free parking is available on the property. This functional and clean accommodation is ideally located for spa visitors. Bed linen and towels are available on request. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Easy elevator access makes it convenient for all travelers.
